It offers good prices. The bed is nice and the location is marvellous. They have heating, a work desk and a clothes-hanging unit in every room.
The street was a bit noisy and that caused inconvenience.

Very clean and well-kept place. Twin room was with a lounge, a study table and a clothes rack. Do not compare Portcullis with other hotels:)))
